Lodge Park Estate
When something seems too good to be true it usually is; however, this is not the case with Frisby Lakes Lodge Park! Our beautiful award-winning Lodge Park near Melton Mowbray is probably the most ecologically and financially sustainable solid log lodge park in the UK.
On receipt of your initial deposit, you will receive a 99-year renewable pitch licence and on payment of the final balance, you will be the owner of a cosy, energy efficient log cabin with an indefinite lifespan. So unlike traditional ‘mobile homes’ your lodge will retain its value for generations to come and here at Frisby Lakes they have actually appreciated over the past eight years. Our adult only gated community is vibrant, friendly and a wonderful place to spend your time throughout the year, watching the season’s change, as it comes with a full 12 month holiday licence. Grandchildren and under 45’s are of course welcome as visitors and Holiday Lodge ownership here at Frisby Lakes starts at only £285,000.
We pride our estate on being inclusive to all adults, as all the cabins can be made to be wheelchair accessible and there are many pathways around the estate that can be easily navigated in wheelchairs or on a mobility scooter. We are also working on the fishery to create as many fishing pegs as possible to be accessible to all.

About Us
Frisby Lakes Lodge Park is a private family run, exclusive gated resort development of just 59 luxury holiday lodges, set in a beautiful 100-acre estate in the heart of the English countryside. We have a stunning 36-acre fishing lake with islands and incredible sunsets over the local villages of Frisby on the Wreake and Hoby and our very own nature reserve with its 18-acre lake is a haven for wildlife; where you can wander enjoying exclusive access to the hidden unspoiled areas of the park.

Log Types
Each solid log home is unique, we work with you to design and build a luxury Lodge to your specification, enabling you to plan from the outset exactly what matters to you. Built to exceed BS3632, which is residential specification, the standard of workmanship throughout each cabin is extremely high and many traditional craftsman’s skills are used in the building process. With many options of additions that can be added to the popular base floorplan designs, that are available on any plot.

Environmental Philosophy
Here at Frisby Lakes Lodge Park we like to do things a little differently. We are an ecologically sympathetic park with over 3000 trees planted here over the last 2 years with more planned. Timber is the only 100% renewable material; therefore, our solid Finnish Log lodges have timber sourced from managed forests which is crucial to sustainability. In addition, we offer renewable heating methods alongside modern conveniences such as piped gas to keep your expenses to a minimum. Throughout the park, this environmental stance is reflected by the works being done to increase wildlife activity, such as a wadding area and Kingfisher point being introduced to entice birds to the area, along slide the introduction of bat & owl boxes. It is this work that led to the park being awarded the Gold David Bellamy Conservation Award 2015/16 on its inaugural application.
PLANS FOR FUTURE DEVELOPMENT
Once the Woodlands, Waters Edge, Lake View & The Maples Lodges have been built work will then begin constructing the remaining lodges. Following this, there are plans for a Lakeside Club House, complete with restaurant, bar & cafe built on the banks of the Great Lake. The new restaurant aims to be made of 99% natural materials and it is hoped the restaurant will be the first ‘off-grid’ restaurant in the UK. It will be built in a traditional style with stunning views and social areas. Throughout the park construction of many secluded picnics, seating and observation area along with BBQ spots solely for the use of lodge owners has already begun.
